Your order will be handled with care. Shipping costs shown are estimated and will be confirmed with you personally before dispatch. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier collection from our Johannesburg Studio — simply indicate this preference in the Add Order Note field in your cart and we will coordinate accordingly.

Refund Policy: In the event of a return or exchange, please note that we do not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, a store credit will be issued, allowing you to choose an alternative item or use the credit towards a future purchase.
International Shipping: Please be aware that shipping costs for orders outside of South Africa may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates. We will do our best to estimate the shipping cost, but please note that the final amount may vary.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimension, and destination of your package. We use reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you promptly.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow 7 days for domestic deliveries and 14 days for international deliveries at most.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
