Production typically takes 7–14 business days from order confirmation. During peak periods or limited releases, this may extend slightly. You'll receive updates throughout the process.

Yes. We have a comprehensive size guide covering menswear and womenswear from XS to XXXL, including a height guide, garment-specific fit notes, and step-by-step measurement instructions. Because every Naked Ape garment is tailor-made, we always recommend including your exact measurements in the Order Note at checkout for the most personalised fit possible. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify orders. Please review your size, colour, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Yes. Naked Ape ships both locally within South Africa and to destinations across the globe. Simply select your country during checkout and your shipping cost will be calculated accordingly. Please allow up to 14 days for international deliveries. For collection from our Johannesburg studio, note your preference in the Order Note at checkout.

Domestic (South Africa): 3–7 business days after production is complete. International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to follow your order's journey directly on the courier's website. If you have any concerns about your delivery, reach out to us at info@nakedapeofficial.com and we will assist you promptly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain threshold during promotional periods.

Refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. We provide chest, length, and sleeve measurements for all garments. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Naked Ape pieces are designed with a contemporary, slightly oversized fit for comfort and style. Our aesthetic leans toward relaxed silhouettes with premium drape and structure.

Custom sizing is not currently available. However, if you have specific fit concerns, please contact us via Private Enquiry and we'll do our best to assist.

We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Size exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you to find a solution. Additional production and shipping fees may apply.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece, we recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Yes, but use a low heat setting and iron inside out to protect any prints or embellishments. A steamer is also a great alternative for removing wrinkles without direct heat.

Our prints are designed to last. With proper care, your garment will maintain its vibrancy. Always wash inside out in cold water and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when drying.
