Delivery & Returns.

Delivery

All of our local orders are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier. Our aim is to have your orders delivered to you within 10 - 14 working days.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. We hope that you are 100% happy with your Naked Ape purchase and online shopping experience. If you are not, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of purchase together with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of the items back to the Naked Ape Head Office.  A full refund, less the original delivery costs, or if chosen by the customer, an exchange, will be given once we have received and inspected the parcel.

Returns received after 14 days will be given a credit note that you can use with us online. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on head wear accessories. 

 

We do not accept returns on made to order and sale items.

 

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. If you have any questions about returning an item, please email support@nakedapeofficial.com and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

International Orders

 

Naked Ape offers international shipment and payment based on the current exchange rates.

 

Our international orders are shipped via DHL Express. For wholesale orders, please contact support@nakedapeofficial.com and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. No returns on international orders.
